Our story
Seeds of Faith Microgreens began with a single tray of pea shoots on a sunny kitchen sill and a simple frustration: the greens we bought were weeks old before they reached our plates.
Today we grow in a small glasshouse filled with edible flowers, trays of radish and basil, and the constant hum of a fan. Everything is sown by hand, watered with filtered water, and cut the morning it's delivered — often within a few miles of where it was grown.
The wellness shots came later, born from the same garden: whatever's abundant and beautiful that week, pressed into a bottle and sent out the door.

Why living greens
A microgreen is harvested in its first days of life, when the plant is storing every bit of energy it has. That's why a small handful tastes — and does — so much more.
Greens are harvested at their peak, when vitamin and enzyme levels are highest — days of growth, not weeks of shipping.
Nothing sits. Trays are cut the morning your order is packed, so the leaves arrive standing tall and full of water.
Organic seed, compost-rich media, filtered water. No pesticides, no synthetic fertilizer, nothing we wouldn't eat ourselves.
Fiber trays, plant-based liners, paper labels. Return your containers to us and we'll turn them back into soil.
From the table
The pea shoots lasted nine days in my fridge — still standing. I've never had greens like this from a store.

I keep a Sunshine shot in my bag every morning. It actually tastes fresh, not like a supplement pretending to be juice.

We plate the radish microgreens at the restaurant now. The color alone makes the dish — the pepper finishes it.
